    One thing that is very useful is the fact that they do explain how to take it and the quantity for adults.
    My husband tried it today for the first time and i did too. The aroma is fine and we both think it smells like peppermint! Regarding the he taste it was very familiar… Like tea leaves (quite similar to chamomile).
